Training Board

  • $1500 monthly 

  • includes 2 lessons per month

  • includes everything except vet + farrier costs

  • UTD coggins, 6/1 vaccine, + rabies required before arrival

  • Comprehensive dental (with power tools and sedation) within last year required

Consignment Board

  • Same as training board + 15% commission of final sale price

  • Minimum 30 day commitment 

  • Sale horses are listed no earlier than after the first 2 week assessment period

Lesson Program

  • $75 on provided lesson horse

  • $50 on horse in full training (after 2 monthly included lesson limit is reached)

  • $350 - 5 pack of lessons (must be scheduled within 2 month period)
